🚀 The Role
We are hiring a Senior Sales Representative to drive global B2B growth from our Cascais office. This is a hands-on, high-impact role focused on securing strategic accounts, building long-term partnerships, and contributing directly to our ambitious growth and fundraising roadmap.
You will own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and cold outreach to contract negotiation and account development — while helping professionalize our sales operations and reporting.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Identify and close high-value B2B contracts to support a €10M revenue target.
- Proactively prospect new clients through cold calling, outbound outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Develop and execute global sales strategies for food and ingredient markets, with a strong focus on Europe.
- Build and maintain senior-level relationships with food manufacturers, ingredient buyers, and strategic partners.
- Negotiate complex commercial contracts and long-term supply agreements.
- Maintain accurate sales pipelines and reporting in Odoo and Asana (no spreadsheets).
- Track KPIs rigorously and report progress on a daily basis.
- Contribute to the creation of Sales SOPs to support operational scalability by Q3.
- Collaborate closely with operations, sourcing, and leadership teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
✅ Must-Have Profile
- Industry Authority: Significant experience in food manufacturing, ingredients, or related B2B sectors.
- High-Level Negotiation: Proven track record closing large-scale B2B contracts with corporate clients.
- Strategic Network: Ability to leverage existing industry contacts and decision-maker relationships.
- Strong Business Mindset: Comfortable operating in a fast-growing scale-up with aggressive growth targets.
- Data-Driven: KPI-oriented, disciplined in CRM usage and reporting.
- Advanced English: Required for international sales and negotiations.
- Excellent Communication: Confident in cold calling, presentations, and executive-level discussions.
