providing ethical and healthier ingredient alternatives (such as Acai, Acerola, Guarana, etc.) to the food, nutraceutical, beverage and cosmetic industries around the globe.

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Sales Strategy & Operations:
    • Develop and implement a structured sales strategy tailored to the ingredients trading business.
    • Set up and report on sales KPIs to monitor performance and identify growth opportunities.
    • Manage customer accounts and foster long-term relationships with manufacturers in food, pharma, nutraceuticals, and beverage industries.
  • Market Development:
    • Identify new business opportunities and market trends to expand the customer base.
    • Represent the company at industry events, trade fairs, and conferences.
  • Sourcing & Product Development:
    • Support sourcing of customized ingredients not currently in the portfolio.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to meet client-specific product requirements.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Build and manage a high-performing sales team.
    • Provide training and mentorship to ensure team alignment with company goals.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
    • Analyze sales data to drive decision-making.
    • Use advanced Excel tools for forecasting, reporting, and performance tracking.


SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor’s degree minimum or previous experience in Sales, Business Administration, Trade, or any related field
  • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Experience required: 8 years minimum
  • Fluency in English; European Languages are a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Strong business sense and industry expertise
  • Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
