Purpose of the Role
This is a high-impact, strategic Project Manager role, supporting a dynamic CEO in research, planning, sourcing, and execution of business initiatives. You will be instrumental in shaping corporate strategies and overseeing the delivery of key projects, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and results.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Execution: Develop structured project roadmaps from concept to completion.
- Market & Feasibility Research: Conduct business analysis, regulatory assessments, and risk evaluations.
- Vendor & Resource Sourcing: Identify and engage with key stakeholders, suppliers, and contractors.
- Legislation & Compliance Management: Ensure full alignment with Brazilian laws, permits, and business practices.
- Business Expansion Strategy: Provide insights into business opportunities and industry trends.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with internal teams and external partners to drive project success.
Skills & Experience Required
- Brazilian nationality or extensive experience working in Brazilian business operations.
- Strong knowledge of Brazilian business laws, agrobusiness, industry and market trends.
- Proven expertise in project management, strategic planning, and execution.
- Fluency in Portuguese and English.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with the CEO.
