🚀 The Role
We are hiring an Operations & Business Analysis Intern to support operational excellence, data quality, process documentation, and ERP workflows across the organization. This role is ideal for a highly motivated, analytical individual eager to gain hands-on experience in business operations, systems management, and cross-functional execution within a fast-growing international scale-up.
You will work closely with operations, finance, and commercial teams to help structure data, improve processes, document workflows, and support daily operational routines, leveraging tools such as Odoo, Asana, and Google Gemini.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Process and manage daily operational tasks within Odoo (ERP).
- Perform data analysis using Excel or similar tools across operational and business datasets.
- Process, upload, and reconcile expense receipts with company credit card statements in the ERP system.
- Assist with reorganizing and structuring company documentation (shared drives, files, folders).
- Write and document business processes, manuals, and internal SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
- Support the maintenance and optimization of operational tools such as Asana and AI productivity workflows using Google Gemini.
- Provide administrative support and contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives.
- Assist with event preparation, including marketing collateral handling, office supplies coordination, and sample preparation support.
✅ Must-Have Profile
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, Data Science, or related field.
- Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, charts, lookups, basic data analysis).
- Comfortable working with ERP systems (experience with Odoo is a plus; training provided).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to write clear documentation, manuals, and structured process notes.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

- Familiarity with Asana for task and workflow management.
- Exposure to AI productivity tools such as Google Gemini.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles (expense reconciliation).
