WHAT WE STAND FOR:

Our mission is to improve the life of organic family farmers in the Amazon rainforest while providing ethical and healthier ingredient alternatives (such as acai, acerola, guarana, etc.) to the food, pharmaceutical, beverage and cosmetic industries around the globe.

 

PURPOSE OF ROLE:

We are looking for a highly motivated Operations & Business Analysis Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is analytical, detail-oriented, and eager to gain hands-on experience across ERP systems, business operations, and documentation processes in a dynamic environment.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate creative, solution based thinking and whilst this role will suit a high performing, highly motivated individual, it’s important to us that they are a team player that would thrive in an energetic, fun and diverse workplace with a strong willingness and ability to liaise with people at all levels of the business.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage daily operational tasks within Odoo (ERP).
  • Perform data analysis using Excel or similar tools across different types of business datasets.
  • Process, upload, and reconcile expense receipts with company credit card statements in the ERP system.
  • Assist with the reorganization and structuring of company documentation (files, drives, and folders).
  • Write and document business processes, manuals, and internal SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).
  • Support the team in updating operational tools like Airtable and help create training materials and documentation.
  • Provide general administrative and process improvement support across projects.
  • Assist in event preparation including marketing collateral management, office supplies coordination, and sample preparation support.  


Skills and Qualifications:

Must-Have:

  • Pursuing or recently graduated with a degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Finance, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel (including basic data analysis functions like pivot tables, charts, lookups).
  • Comfortable working with ERP systems (experience with Odoo is a plus, but training can be provided).
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to write clear documentation, manuals, and process notes.
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently.
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal) in English.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Familiarity with Airtable or similar workflow management tools.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles (for expense reconciliation).
  • Experience creating training content or user manuals.
