Hello there I have created a new drive for quality production

This will diminish the quantity of email exchange

Still in order to control what was

Flow for docs request or info associated to docs:
Either Quality asks for a doc in table or Production adds doc request in table (the first one to take action)
Production puts the doc in the folder (with a standard name)
Quality Processes
Quality move the doc into Folder (Processed = standard way of saving / folders)
In case there is a question about a document that was in the folder to be Processed, please put the question also in the table
Conclusions of the new flow:
No emails from Production to Quality sending docs
No emails from Quality to Production Requiring docs.
All docs from Production available to Quality easily
Process by Quality means: Immediate feedback was given to Production BY THE TABLE
Any doc in folder Pending was not yet Processed by Quality = after immediate feedback it will change for Processed Folder (even if there are points pending)
Any doc in folder Processed was already Processed by Quality = they dont come out of this folder ever after (even if there are points pending)
Standard DOCUMENT NAME must follow this formula:
DDMMYYYY_TYPEOFDOC_RELATEDSKU+NAME_LOT(IF THERE IS)
-> TYPE OF DOC: TDS, COA, STATEMENT, FLOWCHART, MSDS, LAB TEST, ETC.

@Jose Moreira please create the empty folders by process inside of the drive folder (like we have for TDS etc in quality drive)
