(1) The Role
We are seeking a high-caliber Analyst with a strong analytical core and an "owner's mindset" to drive our supply chain and operations. In this role, you will be the operational backbone of our business, ensuring scalability through direct partner management, rigorous inventory control, and logistics optimization.
(2) Key Responsibilities
- Contract Manufacturing: act as the primary operational point of contact for our Contract Manufacturing Partners (CMs), ensuring smooth production flows and strict deadline compliance.
- International Inbound Logistics: coordinate end-to-end goods movement across international borders, ensuring regulatory compliance and cost-effective execution.
- Sales Operations & ERP Ownership: own the accuracy of the material flow within the ERP system, monitoring and recording every step of the supply chain.
- Inventory Management & Reconciliation: maintain analytical control over inventory, perform periodic stock reconciliations, and implement continuous improvements to eliminate discrepancies.
- Data-Driven Insights: leverage data tools (SQL/Python) to generate reports on stock availability and operational bottlenecks, equipping the sales team with actionable insights.
- Process Automation: proactively identify operational bottlenecks and design integrated workflows (utilizing AI and automation tools) to create SOPs and eliminate manual overhead.
- Warehouse & Event Logistics: oversee partner warehouse operations and manage end-to-end logistics and material movement for trade shows and exhibitions.
(3) Requirements
- Experience: proven experience in Supply Chain, International Logistics, or Operations, ideally in an hands-on role.
- Profile: highly entrepreneurial, proactive, and comfortable in a dynamic, "owner-led" culture. You are someone who masters the operational details but fully understands the big-picture business impact.
- Technical Skills: advanced proficiency in ERP systems, Excel (VBA), and data analysis tools such as SQL or Python.
- Education: degree in International Relations, Management, Engineering, or related fields. A Master’s or specialization in Management Information Systems (MIS) is highly valued.
- Fluency: full professional fluency in English and Portuguese is mandatory - Applications that do not meet this criteria will not be considered/responded.
