providing ethical and healthier ingredient alternatives (such as Acai, Acerola, Guarana, etc.) to the food, nutraceutical, beverage and cosmetic industries around the globe.

 

PURPOSE OF ROLE:

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • The organizational process of the Finance, Human Resources and Quality Control departments.

  • Track and manage company data and financial records.

  • Analyze financial data, maintain accurate records and propose optimization plans.

  • Prepare tax records according to national legislation.

  • Enter transactions and reconcile account balances.

  • Create reports such as balance sheets and profit and loss statements, etc.

  • Present data to managers and other relevant actors.

  • Assist in the decision-making process by preparing budgets and financial forecasts.

  • Suggest ways to reduce costs, enhance revenues and improve profits.

  • Verify clients are up-to-date with the payment terms.

  • Work with ERP and CRM systems.

 

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Experience in the role at least for 1 years

  • Fluent in English, French and Portuguese

  • 1 strong reference

  • Driver License

 

PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES:

  • Passionate about finance.

  • Loves the idea of working in a multinational start-up.

  • Autonomous, entrepreneurial and proactive.

  • An expert of the Belgian accounting system & legislation.

  • Holds a bachelor’s degree and/or previous experience in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related field (Belgian university is a plus).

  • Fluent in English and French/Dutch
