The Role

We are looking for a high-energy University-Linked Sales Development Intern to join our Cascais office under a Curricular Internship agreement.

This role is designed for a student who wants real exposure to international B2B sales. You will act as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) in training, focusing on the top of the funnel and ensuring the CEO and Senior Sales team have a steady stream of qualified opportunities to close.

This is a hands-on internship with real responsibility and performance expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct market research to identify potential B2B partners in the European organic ingredients market
  • Execute outbound prospecting (cold emails, LinkedIn outreach, cold calling)
  • Qualify inbound leads to ensure alignment with Amazonia Bio’s standards
  • Maintain CRM hygiene in Odoo and track daily KPIs
  • Support preparation of commercial proposals
  • Assist in preparing documentation for international trade fairs

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program requiring a Curricular Internship agreement with a university
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication in English
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • High resilience and comfort with rejection
  • Proactive, “can-do” attitude
  • Legal right to intern in Portugal (NIF and NISS required)
