@Jose Moreira please also schedule for yourself to see what points i need to change in the task card due to this change of procedure ok? Put the cells in a different color and add a comment there (ill implement the changes)

Standard DOCUMENT NAME must follow this formula:
DDMMYYYY_TYPEOFDOC_RELATEDSKU+NAME_LOT(IF THERE IS)
-> TYPE OF DOC: TDS, COA, STATEMENT, FLOWCHART, MSDS, LAB TEST, ETC.
@Jose Moreira please create the empty folders by process inside of the drive folder (like we have for TDS etc in quality drive)
@Alessandra Carolina @Jose Moreira @Tamara Gandara follow the flow from now on.
ALL 3 OF YOU -> CONFIRM BY EMAIL THAT IT IS CLEAR?
