The Role

We are seeking a high-impact Executive Assistant & Project Manager to serve as the strategic "Right-Hand" to our Founder and CEO. This is not a traditional support role; it is a business partnership designed for someone with an extreme sense of ownership.

Based in our Cascais office, you will act as a force multiplier for the CEO, ensuring that strategic business milestones are met, international logistics are seamless, and operational harmony is maintained as we scale our global operations and engage with international investors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Project Management: drive key business milestones and hold internal/external stakeholders accountable. You ensure that "ideas" become "executed projects."
  • Executive & Lifestyle Support: manage complex international travel, high-level meeting agendas, and the CEO’s professional and personal requirements to ensure total focus on growth.
  • Strategic Gatekeeping: act as the primary filter for the CEO’s time, managing communications and prioritizing engagement in a high-pressure environment.
  • Operational Oversight: ensure the Cascais HQ runs at peak efficiency, reflecting the excellence of the Amazonia Bio brand.
  • Investor Relations Support: assist in preparing materials and logistics for meetings with global partners and investors.

Requirements

  • Full professional fluency in English and Portuguese is essential (written and spoken). French is a plus.
  • You thrive on solving problems before they reach the CEO's desk. You are proactive, not reactive.
  • 3+ years in high-level executive support, project management, or business operations.
  • Proficient in project management tools (Asana), Google Workspace, and CRM systems.
  • Legal right to work in Portugal (NIF and NISS required).
  • Must be based in or near Cascais and comfortable with a full-time, on-site presence.
