How we work

Regenerative supply chain

We buy directly from 259 farming families and their cooperatives, at a 30-50% premium over the market price, with contracts of 5 years or more, quarterly audits and a zero-tolerance policy on deforestation.

Forest and biodiversity

754 hectares of Amazonian agroforest are under sustainable management in our supply chain. Wild fruits are harvested in a way that keeps the standing forest valuable for the families who protect it.

Fair income

Every family we buy from earns above the regional minimum wage at the point of purchase. Our sourcing has already impacted 45,550 lives in the Amazon.

Traceability and quality

Every batch is traceable from the farming family to the end customer, through our ERP system. Our supply chain is IFS Broker certified.

Our non-negotiables

Every supplier we work with must meet these conditions, without exception:

  • Zero deforestation, verified by satellite monitoring (INPE).
  • Zero child labour and zero forced labour: immediate contract termination on any confirmed violation.
  • Income above the regional minimum wage at the point of purchase.
  • Valid environmental registration (CAR) in line with the Brazilian Forest Code.
  • No pesticides banned under Brazilian law or EU regulation.
  • No activity on indigenous lands or conservation units without official clearance and the free, prior and informed consent of the communities.

Independently reviewed

In July 2026, DNV reviewed our Sustainability Bond Framework and issued a Second Party Opinion confirming its alignment with the Green Bond Principles, the Social Bond Principles and the Sustainability Bond Guidelines of the International Capital Market Association (ICMA).

Our activities contribute to the UN Sustainable Development Goals:

  • SDG 2 - Zero hunger
