Finance Intern

      AMAZONIA BIO IS LOOKING FOR A FINANCE INTERN

      What you will do:

      As a Finance Intern, you will be mainly assisting the finance team and learn how to implement a range of activities including:

      • To organize the areas of finance at Amazonia Bio by issuing reports, making assessments and presentations to the company directors

      • Encoding, processing, classifying and archiving incoming documents such as invoices, tickets and any other relevant papers.

      • Follow up with suppliers 

      • Registering daily incoming mail and documents

      What we want from you:

      • You are a student in finance, business management or other related studies.

      • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

      • MS Office proficiency

      • Excellent ability to prioritize and organize, self-motivation and independence.

      • Flexibility, teamwork, detail orientation, and ability to work under pressure.

      • Your English level must be one of your strengths. Any other language is a plus (French,Spanish, Italian, German, Polish, etc.).

      • A formal internship convention, as part of your studies.

      Requirements

      Please note that a formal internship convention is a fundamental requirement in order to be eligible for our internship program! Availability for a minimum of 3 months (please mention possible starting-ending dates).
