 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Our CRM, Odoo’s database improvements. 

  • Follow the development and operation of all departments.  

  • Follow the performance of employees.

  • Responsible for the good functioning of the office.

  • Daily verification of the good functioning of all the IT equipment and systems of all the organization.

  • Responsible for Operations reports.

  • Design of company flows.

  • Design of automatization of the system. 

  • Development of training and user manuals for Odoo. 

  • Analysis and development strategies for risk management.  

  • Development of improvements for the dashboard.

  • Support for Odoo for all the organization staff.  

  • Support the development of the strategy for business developments.

  • Preparation and participation of fairs.

  • Participation in the recruitment processes. 

  • Support for the obtaining of certifications. 

  • Support in the development of needed timescales.

  

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Experience in the role at least for 1 years

  • Fluent in English, French and Portuguese

  • 1 strong reference

  • Driver License
