WHAT YOU WILL DO:

As a Supply chain intern, you will be mainly assisting the supply chain and logistics team and learn how to implement a range of strategic and operational activities including:

  • Coordination of the sourcing of equipment, hardware and materials needed

  • Track and monitor the materials throughout the process.

  • Helping build and promote relationships with our current or future collaborators in Brazil and in Europe

  • International logistics in general

  • Making exhaustive and accurate reports

  • Implementing strategies to improve the warehouse operation

  • Reporting, measurement & optimization.

 

WHAT WE WANT FROM YOU:

  • You are a student in supply chain, logistics, business management, development cooperation or other.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • MS Office proficiency..

  • Excellent ability to prioritize and organize, self-motivation and independence.

  • Flexibility, teamwork, detail orientation, and ability to work under pressure.

  • Your English and Arabic level must be one of your strengths.

  • Upper intermediate level of French skills both written and oral.

  • A formal internship convention, as part of your studies.

OUR HIRING PROCESS:

  • Three short interviews take place. The first interview is with HR, the second interview takes place with a person from the relevant department, and the final interview is with the CEO of Amazonia Bio.

Our mission is to improve the life of organic family farmers in the Amazon rainforest while providing ethical and healthier ingredient alternatives (such as Acai, Acerola, Guarana, etc.) to the food, nutraceutical, beverage, and cosmetic industries around the globe.

REQUIREMENTS:

Please note that a formal internship convention is a fundamental requirement in order to be eligible for our internship program (Erasmus, or EU internship program)! Availability for a minimum of 3 months, preferably 6 months (please mention possible starting-ending dates).
