Building and promoting relationships with current or future hunting agencies/companies
Recruiting new talents
Implementing a benefit program strategy for the employees (ex: bonus, training, etc.)
Responsible of the well-being in the company
Getting feedbacks from each employees and understand the internal needs
Implementing, analyzing and reporting work evaluations
Making exhaustive and accurate reports of results
Organizing team buildings for the company
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
Bachelor’s degree minimum or previous experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, or any related field
Successful previous experience as a HR manager with successful results
Experience required: 3 years minimum
Fluent in English, French and Portuguese is a plus
Proven ability to drive the HR process from plan to close
Strong business sense and HR expertise
1 strong reference
Excellent analytical and computer skills
Well-organized and flexible
Systematic and detail-oriented
Autonomous, proactive and able to work within a team as well
Solution-oriented and capable of setting priorities
Very good communicator and discrete
Problem solving and decision-making
