providing ethical and healthier ingredient alternatives (such as Acai, Acerola, Guarana, etc.) to the food, nutraceutical, beverage and cosmetic industries around the globe.

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Building and promoting relationships with current or future hunting agencies/companies

  • Recruiting new talents

  • Implementing a benefit program strategy for the employees (ex: bonus, training, etc.)

  • Responsible of the well-being in the company

  • Getting feedbacks from each employees and understand the internal needs

  • Implementing, analyzing and reporting work evaluations

  • Making exhaustive and accurate reports of results

  • Organizing team buildings for the company

   

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor’s degree minimum or previous experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, or any related field

  • Successful previous experience as a HR manager with successful results

  • Experience required: 3 years minimum

  • Fluent in English, French and Portuguese is a plus

  • Proven ability to drive the HR process from plan to close

  • Strong business sense and HR expertise

  • 1 strong reference

  • Driver Licence
