providing ethical and healthier ingredient alternatives (such as Acai, Acerola, Guarana, etc.) to the food, nutraceutical, beverage and cosmetic industries around the globe.

 

PURPOSE OF ROLE:

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Building and promoting relationships with current or future outsourcer agencies/companies

  • Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation.

  • Implementing a benefit program strategy for the employees (ex: bonus, training, etc.)

  • Responsible of the well-being in the company

  • Collaboration in the contract management

  • Getting feedbacks from each employees and understand the internal needs

  • Implementing, analyzing and reporting work evaluations

  • Making exhaustive and accurate reports of results

  • Organizing team buildings for the company

  • Preparation and support of Onboarding and Offboarding process

  • Collaborating in recruitment process

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • BSc/MSc in Human Resources or relevant fields.

  • Proven work experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist in Portugal

  • Experience required: 2 years minimum

  • Fluent in English. Portuguese is a big plus

  • Proven ability to drive the HR process from plan to close

  • Strong business sense and HR expertise

  • 1 strong reference
