Regarding the Quality/Sales Requests pending attached is our goal for week 17:
We are prioritizing the requests that are further down the pipeline, pending on approval and to do (on manager and Director).
Is there any sales request extremely urgent to you that is out of our prioritization flow?

According to what Michelle told me and Tamara in Quality Meeting, yes, not Food Grade, if any request comes from a Client for B@O for food grade, must check with production first.

Dear Sales Team, just a friendly reminder, NO FOOD STATEMENTS FOR BUTTERS AND OILS, except açai oil, they are not in general FOOD GRADE, we need to know before production if they are for food purpose use, no food related statements will be issue. Thank you.
