it will be also in quality to fill the field CoA SAved Date XX/XX/XXXX
this will be filled by the person that authorizes the docs / put on the right places
currently this person is Jose
we are implementing this field since there were docs approved by Tamara but not saved in the lot, which is not the right procedure and without the field, we cannot find fast in which lots this occurred
please mind the change and use the field from now on
