Executive Assistant to CEO  (Full-Time)

WHAT WE STAND FOR:

Our mission is to improve the life of organic family farmers in the Amazon rainforest while

providing ethical and healthier ingredient alternatives (such as Acai, Acerola, Guarana, etc.) to the food, nutraceutical, beverage and cosmetic industries around the globe.

 

PURPOSE OF ROLE:

This is a high-impact, fast-paced role providing executive support, office management, and project coordination for a dynamic CEO. The Executive Assistant will be the key enabler, ensuring smooth operations, managing priorities, and handling both corporate and personal responsibilities with efficiency. Success in this role requires exceptional multitasking, adaptability, and problem-solving skills, thriving under pressure while keeping everything running seamlessly. 

 

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • High-Level Executive Support:  Act as the CEO’s primary point of contact, filtering communications, managing urgent inquiries with discretion & represent the CEO at events and meetings as needed.
  • Fast-Paced Project & Task Coordination: Oversee and execute multiple projects, ensuring timelines and priorities stay on track.
  • Strategic Calendar & Travel Management: Organize complex schedules, book travel efficiently, and handle last-minute changes with ease.
  • Office Operations & Crisis Management: Keep the workspace running smoothly, proactively troubleshooting challenges before they escalate.
  • Confidential Document & Information Handling: Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence, maintaining absolute confidentiality.
  • Stakeholder & Supplier Liaison: Engage with internal teams, suppliers, and external contacts to ensure streamlined interactions.
  • Personal Assistance & Lifestyle Management: Support day-to-day commitments, including household logistics, pet care and travel.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • At least 5 years in a similar role supporting senior leadership
  • Project & Task Managment
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English, other languages are a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (highly preferred)
