Our mission is to improve the life of organic family farmers in the Amazon rainforest while providing ethical and healthier ingredient alternatives (such as Acai, Acerola, Guarana, etc.) to the food, nutraceutical, beverage and cosmetic industries around the globe.

 

PURPOSE OF ROLE:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced functional Supply Chain Analyst to lead activity across our Logistics Department, to drive down inventory lead times whilst improving and driving operational performance for this critical business function. The Ideal candidate will demonstrate creative, solution based thinking and whilst this role will suit a high performing , highly motivated individual, it’s important to us that you are a team player that would thrive in an energetic, fun and diverse workplace with a strong willingness and ability to liaise with people at all levels of the business.


 

 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

● Validate R&D of vendors and products for Brazil

● Collaborate in building cargo plans based on supplier's relationship for Brazil

● Support the procurement manager to prepare for external audits and perform the internal audits

● Facilitate the processes of production automation and manage the production forecasts

● Drafting the sales documentations between the departments of quality, supply chain and Sales

● Provide the information of cargo shipments and report them to the supply chain team
● Assisting the operation manager to validate quality and supply chain documents and report


SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

● Minimum a bachelor’s degree or previous experience in Supply Chain Management, Food production or Import/Export in Brazil

● An intermediate level of English (written) is a must

● Demonstrated ability to communicate and follow up and negotiation.

● Proven ability to drive the logistics and production process from plan to close

● Great experience in the organic food industry is a big plus

● Availability to travel local/international and driving license.
