WHAT WE STAND FOR:
Our mission is to improve the life of organic family farmers in the Amazon rainforest while
providing ethical and healthier ingredient alternatives (such as Acai, Acerola, Guarana, etc.) to the food, nutraceutical, beverage and cosmetic industries around the globe.
PURPOSE OF ROLE:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Analyze and manage budgets, perform cost analysis, and prepare financial reports to support strategic decision-making and optimize financial performance.
- Quote transport and service providers.
- Track and process logistics and samples.
- Key contact for our European Warehouse.
- Responsible for the seamless flow of sales operations.
- Generate and analyze logistic, Inventory and finance reports.
- Process purchase orders (POs) and bills in our ERP System Odoo.
- Handle miscellaneous financial tasks.
- Work with ERP system to manage financial and Supply Chain data.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, supply chain or a related field from a reputable university with a strong academic record.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in finance/procurement/Logistics.
- Full working proficiency in English and Portuguese.
- At least one strong professional reference.
- Experience with ERP Systems, ideally Odoo is a plus.
